Scarlett Lounge converting to SILKS

The Scarlett Lounge in downtown Lexington is undergoing a major makeover and concept change . Owner Sandy Fields is converting the bar into SILKS lounge and will have racing silks and other racing mementos . The bar is next door to the Rosebud ( also owned by Sandy Fields ) .
