Kentucky Food and Beverage Director Position

We are currently seeking a DIRECTOR OF FOOD & BEVERAGE for a beautiful Country Club in Central Kentucky. This individual is directly responsible for the Executive Chef and the Front of the House service staff and will report directly to the Club Manager.

BASE SALARY: $45,000-$55,000 + Health Insurance, 401k, Bonus, and Vacation...!

The Club is already well established and viewed by the membership to offer an outstanding product. A qualified candidate simply needs to bring his or her expertise to the operation to help it to continue to run smoothly and find areas to expand the business within the parameters set forth by the rules of the Club. The club is closed for a time period during the winter months providing ample time to "recharge one's batteries" and properly plan for the upcoming season.

Qualified candidates must meet the following criteria:
3+ years as a Food & Beverage Manager/Director within a Hotel or Country Club
Progressive and successful career track record
Excellent leadership, coaching and training skills
Understanding and ability to control food costs and expenses
