Rick's White Light Diner
Yesterday I was driving through my hometown Frankfort , KY and stopped at Rick's White Light Diner on Bridge Street. I used to frequent this place in the late 60's but the place has really changed and is now a really cool diner that serves a nice menu utilizing local products . The owner, Rick Paul , is also the cook and his frank and funny personality adds to an funky atmosphere. I had the hamburger with grilled garlic potatoes and both were excellent . This little gem of a place will be featured on Guy Fieri's Diners, Drive-inns and Dives later this month .
