Last week I spent some time with Wiwi Harrison who is the owner of Orchid Flower Sushi Bar and Satay House at 3090 Old Todds Road # 160 in Lexington , KY . This restaurant is the only restaurant in the state of Kentucky that is based on Indonesian cuisine .
