The Kentucky Small Business Development Center www.ksbdc.org is a great resource for current and prospective small business owners . They have a great staff and are eager to work with clients in need of this valuable expertise .

Ditto your comments... they're a great resource and very experienced on restaraunt issues. The SBDC in West Liberty is operated by Mike Rodriguez who recently sold a success restaraunt: the Subway in Prestonsburg.

He's working w/ several restaraunts right now as well as someone trying to commercialize a BBQ sauce, so he'd be a good contact for folks in this (EKY) area.
